儿童青斑血管炎一例

摘要： 患儿 男 12岁 双小腿、双足瘀斑、血疱、糜烂、坏死伴痛2+月,专科情况：双小腿、双足瘀点、大片瘀斑，其上可见血疱、糜烂、溃疡、坏死、结痂，较多血性分泌物，触痛明显。组织病理：青斑样血管病。给予低分子肝素钠注射液 0.6ml ih qdX7天，患者疼痛完全缓解，双小腿、双足瘀斑消退，溃疡面愈合；疗效肯定，国内尚未见上述治疗报道。

Abstract: The Children of twelve years old， twin lower legs and feet arise bruising, blood blisters, erosions and necrosis with pain 2 + months, Specialist: There is some symmetrical, petechiae, a large bruis， blood blisters, erosions, ulcers, necrosis, crusting,and more bloody discharge on both legs and feet, tenderness evidently. Histopathology: Livedoid Vasculopathy. the pain and bruising subsided, healing of ulcers with Low molecular weight heparin 0.6ml ih qdX7 days; significant effectly, such treatment has not been reported in the country.
