自体脂肪颗粒移植治疗面部皮肤凹陷

Autologous granular fat transplantation for the treatment of facial depressed lesions

摘要：

[摘要] 目的 探索自体颗粒脂肪植入矫正面部凹陷畸形的临床效果。方法：预先测定缺陷区区域内软组织缺损量，受区皮下行预备处理，以注射器抽吸皮下脂肪，经脂肪纯化后形成颗粒脂肪，超量10%注入面部凹陷以矫正畸形。结果 本组40例，共49个部位。除15例进行第2次注射外，其余25例均为一次性注射。经随访3~12月，外形饱满，效果良好。结论 自体脂肪移植在面部凹陷畸形的矫正已可以取得较好的效果。

Abstract:

[Abstract] Objective：To study the clinical effects of autologous fat globules in correction of the deformity of facial depression.Mehtods：Fat globule harvested by suction with syninge,after panfication,was injected into defect areas in an amount of 10% over that estimated.Results：In this series,there were 40 cases with 29sitees;of them 15 cases had the deformities corrected. Only with one time, but 25 cases needed secondary injection. The results of a follow-up 3~12 months was satisfying with external shape.Conclusion：The results show that a fairly clinical effect of implantation of autologous fat globules in correction of deformity of facial depression would be gain.Key words diposuction with injection syringe; implantation of autologous fat globules; deformity of facial depression
