Split-face模式评价强脉冲光治疗面部光老化的疗效

Evaluation of efficacy of intense pulsed light in the treatment of facial photoaging using Split-face model

摘要：

目的 采用Split face模式对强脉冲光治疗面部光老化进行量化评价。方法 选取39名光老化受试者，随机将每人左右面部分为治疗侧和未治疗侧，治疗侧给予强脉冲光治疗，未治疗侧不予治疗。治疗前后医生对面部进行整体评分，测定皮肤黑素指数、红斑指数和角质层含水量。治疗结束后进行患者满意度自评。结果 治疗侧医生主观评分显著下降，患者满意率为89.74%，各部位黑素指数、红斑指数不同程度下降。治疗对角质层含水量无影响。结论 强脉冲光可安全而有效地治疗面部皮肤光老化，不同解剖部位对治疗反应性不同。

Abstract:

Objective Using Split face model to quantatively evaluate the treatment of facial photoaging with intense pulsed light. Methods Thirty-nine photoaging subjects were enrolled and their face were divided into treated side (treated with intense pulsed light) and untreated side by random on their treated site face. Assesssment of global photoaging scores were performed by doctors before and after the treatment. Skin melanin index, erythema index and keraphyllous water were tested. Patients’ satisfaction were also assessed after the final treatment. Results After the treatment, the global photoaging scores of the treated face assessed by doctors decreased obviously and the patients’ satisfaction rate reached 89.74%. The melanin index and erythema index decreased to some extent on different facial sites. There was no statistic difference of keraphyllous water changes before and after the treatment. Conclusion Intense pulse light can safely and effectively treat facial photoaging and the therapeutic efficacy is related to different anatomical sites.
