HLA-DRB1与广西地区系统性硬皮病的相关性研究

Relationship of HLA-DRB1 polymorphism to systemic sceleroderma in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

摘要:

目的 探讨HLA-DRB1基因多态性与广西地区系统性硬皮病的相关性。方法 采用聚合酶链反应-序列特异性引物(PCR-SSP)的方法,对33例广西地区系统性硬皮病患者和40例健康对照进行HLA-DRB1等位基因分型。结果 8种等位基因中广西地区系统性硬皮病患者检出6种,对照组中检出8种。其中广西地区系统性硬皮病患者HLA-DRB1*15等位基因与对照组相比显著升高(X2 =8.259,RR=4.0833,P < 0.01),两组间差异有统计学意义。结论 HLA-DRB1*15等位基因可能是广西地区系统性硬皮病的易感基因。

Abstract:

Objective TO explore the association between HLA-DRB1 genetic polymorphism and systemic scleroderma of Guangxi region . Methods the polymerase chain reaction– special sequence primers(PCR-SSP) was used to study the HLA-DRB1 genotypes in 33 patients with systemic scleroderma and 40 healthy controls . Results Eight kinds of HLA-DRB1 alleles were found from the specimens ,including 6 kinds in systemic scleroderma specimens,and 8 kinds in control specimens,Among them, DRB1*15 allelic in the systemic scleroderma group was significantly higher than that in the control group (X2 =8.259,RR=4.0833,P < 0.01). Conclusion Our data suggest that the HLA-DRB1*15 may be the susceptible gene of systemic scleroderma in Guangxi.
