须毛癣菌和犬小孢子菌在体外对毛发的破坏作用

摘要: 目的 光镜和电镜下观察须毛癣菌和犬小孢子菌对毛发破坏的程度,比较须毛癣菌和犬小孢子菌对不同年龄组毛发感染时间的差异。方法 临床采集不同年龄组的健康人毛发,分别对须毛癣菌和犬小孢子菌进行改良毛发穿孔试验及扫描电镜观察。结果 须毛癣菌和犬小孢子菌均可致毛发破坏。在各个年龄组中,须毛癣菌对毛发的感染时间明显短于犬小孢子菌(P<0.01)。无论是须毛癣菌还是犬小孢子菌,对毛发的感染时间均随着年龄的增长而延长(P<0.01)。结论 须毛癣菌较犬小孢子菌对毛发的破坏早且严重。年龄越小,毛发越易受破坏。

Abstract: Objective To observe the in vitro damage to hairs by Trichophyton mentagrophytes and Microsporum canis using light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and to compare the differences in the duration needed for the two fungi to damage hairs in different age groups. Methods We collected healthy hairs from different age groups, and performed hair perforation test in vitro. The damage to the hairs was observed by SEM and light microscopy. Results Both T. mentagrophytes and M. canis could damage the hairs. The duration needed for T. mentagrophytes to damage the hairs was significantly shorter than that for M. canis in all age groups (P<0.01). In addition, the time needed to damage the hairs increased (P<0.01) with the age for both fungi. Conclusions The damage to hairs by T. mentagrophytes is earlier and more severe than that by M. canis, and the younger the patients, the more easily the hairs are damaged.
