32P治疗体表血管瘤的疗效观察

摘要： 目的 针对体表血管瘤的特征,采用32P4种方法治疗,观察临床疗效.方法 分别采用32P胶体加平阳霉素注射治疗、单纯32P胶体注射治疗、32P胶体注射加32P敷贴法治疗、单纯32P敷贴4种方法治疗体表血管瘤.结果 海绵状血管瘤治愈率为91.74%,草莓状血管瘤治愈率为97.36%,混合性血管瘤治愈率为95.60%,蔓状血管瘤治愈率为79.07%,鲜红斑痣治愈率为58.97%.结论 32P是治疗体表血管瘤较理想的方法.

Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of 32P with different methods for the treatment of different types of superficial hemangioma.Methods Four different therapeutic approaches:injection of colloid 32P with bleomycin A5,injection of colloid 32P alone,both injection and external use of 32P,and external use of 32P alone,were applied to treat different types of hemangioma.Results Curative rates were 91.74% for cavernous hemangioma,97.36% for strawberry hemangioma,95.60% for mixed hemangioma,79.07% for plexiform hemangioma,and 58.97% for port-wine nevus.Conclusion 32P is an effective approach for the treatment of superficial hemangioma.
