申克孢子丝菌野生株致病性的实验研究

摘要: 目的 研究申克孢子丝菌野生株的致病性。方法 制备申克孢子丝菌野生株的细胞悬液,注入小鼠体内,于接种后第1周开始至第10周,视发病情况每周分批处死、剖检,观察发病情况。结果 从自然环境中分离的申克孢子丝菌通过不同注射途径进入小鼠体内后均可导致小鼠致病;其产生色素的黑色菌株与不产生色素的白色菌株致病性无差异(P>0.05);腹腔组与尾静脉组比较致病性有差异(P<0.05).结论 申克孢子丝菌的野生株均具有致病性;黑白菌株致病性无显着差异;不同的致病途径致病性不同。

Abstract: Objective To study the pathogenicity of wild strains of Sporothrix schenckii.Methods Suspensions of conidia of S.schenckii were prepared and inoculated into a lateral tail vein and peritoneum of mice.From the first to the tenth week,the mice were sacrificed every week in batches and the onset of infection was observed.Results The strains caused the infection of mice through different inoculation routes,both the pigmented strains and the non-pigmented strains showed the same pathoge nicity(P>0.05).The pathogenicity between the intraperitoneal group and lateral tail vein group was different (P<0.05).Conclusion Wild strains are pathogenic.Black strains and white strains reveal the same pathogenicity.Different infection routes cause different pathogenicity.
