低剂量X线治疗皮肤血管瘤

Treatment of Cutaneous Hemangioma with Low Dose Superficial X-ray

摘要： 用相对低剂量浅层X线治疗儿童皮肤血管瘤1008例.经过1～20年的随访研究,结果1008例患者中治愈958例(95.04%);显效42例(4.17%);无效8例(0.79%).皮损完全消退最短1个月,最长35个月,平均9.25个月.经统计学处理,证明2岁以前接受治疗者较2岁以后治疗的疗效为佳.所有病例均未发现任何放射性损伤.结果说明低剂量X线治疗血管瘤治愈率高,安全可靠,无痛苦,无瘢痕.

Abstract: We treated 1008 children with cutaneous hemangioma with low dose superficial X-ray.They were followed up for 1~20 years.958 patients (95.04%) of them cured,42 patients (4.17%) markedlyimproved,8 patients (0.79%) failed.The shortest duration for clearing the lesions was one month,and the longest duration was 35 months (average 9.25 months).The therapeutic effect is better in patientsunder 2 years old than those above 2 years old(p<0.05).No radioactive injury was observed in all the patients treated.The results showed that low dose superficial X-ray in the treatment of hemangioma in children is of high cure rate,safe,painless,and has no scar formation.
