牛脾转移因子及白三烯C4与异位性皮炎

Study of OBS-TF, LTC4 and Atopic Dermatitis

摘要: 用牛脾转移因子口服液(OBS-TF)治疗异位性皮炎(AD)28例,井采用3H放兔法测定了OBS-TF治疗前后AD患者及正常人血浆及外周血白细胞(PBL)中白三烯C4(LTC4)含量。AD血浆及PBL中LTC4含量治疗前均明显高于正常人,治疗后则无显着差异,AD的严重程度与LTC4水平相乎行,提示LTC4可能作为强效炎症介质之一介入了AD的发病过程, OBS-TF则可能作为LTC4的抑制剂对AD发挥了治疗作用。

Abstract: Using 3H radioimmunoassy, the levels of leukotriene C4 (LTC4) were determined in 25 atopic dermatitis (AD) patients before and after the treatment of oral bovine spleen transfer factor (OBS-TF) and 33 normal controls. The results revealed that the seventy of AD presented a positive correlation with the level of LAC4, and the levels of LTC4 in both plasma and peripheral blood leukocytes (PBL)in AD were markedly higher than those of normal donors (P<0.001). The authors found that the OBS-TF could significantly reduce the levels of LTC4 in both plasma and PBL, and significantly improve the symptoms and signs of AD. The results of our study indicated that LTC4 may be involved in the pathogenetic process of AD as one of the strong inflammatory mediators, and OBS-TF may play an important role as an inhibitor of LTC4 in AD.
