正常胎儿及成人皮肤凝集素亲和组织化学研究

摘要： 用17种生物素化凝集素研究了29例胎儿和23例成人皮肤细胞表面复合糖的糖基的变化。结果表明:在胎儿、成人表皮细胞之间BSL-I、DBA、UEA-I、STL、SJA、WGA、DSL,在皮脂腺之间RCA-I、RCA-Ⅱ、ECL,在汗腺之间 WGA、DSL、PHA-E、ConA的凝集素受体阳性率差异有显着性(P<0.05或0.01).提示在皮肤分化发育过程中,其细胞表面复合糖的糖基发生了有意义的变化。

Abstract: The paper studies the changes of sugar residues of complex sugar on the cell surface of normal fetal skin in 29 cases and adult skin in 23 cases by 17 lectins. The results show that there are statistically significant differences between the positive rates of lectin-receptors of fetal and adult epidermal cells for BSL-I, DBA, UEA-I, SJA, STL, WGA, DSL (P<0.05 or 0.01), between fetal and adult sebaceous glands for RCA-I, RCA-II, ECL (p<0.05) and between fetal and adult sweat glands for WGA, DSL, PHA-E, Con A (P<0.01). The result indicated that the sugar residues on cutaneous cell surface significant changes in the course Of differentiation and development of epidermis.
