新种多变根毛霉致原发性皮肤毛霉病

摘要： 患者女性、37岁,江苏省农民.右手背痒、起小结节,渐成斑块,向周围展到手腕手掌,3-5指,病期18年.病那变化主要为真皮网状层嗜酸细胞肉芽肿,有宽而无隔的透明菌丝,但未见侵入血管.1990年再次分离出病原菌,经研究鉴定,命名多变根毛霉.其悬液对兔皮肤划痕接种阳性.

Abstract: Primary cutaneous mucormycosis caused by Rh.variabilis sp.nov.is reported.A 37-year-old female peasant from Jiangsu province noticed small nodules with pruritus on the back of her right land 18 years ago,the nodules gradually coalesced to form plagues,and extended to the wrist,palm and the 3rd-5th fingers.Histopathological changes showed eoxinophilic granuloma in the reticular dermis,and many broad,transparent mycelian hyphae with no septate.There were no hyphae invaded into the blood vessels.The fungus was isolated once again in 1990,and was identified and named as Rhizomucor variabilis sp.nov.The intracutaneous inoeulation of the suspension of the fungi into rabbit skirt revealed similar clinical and histopathological changes in the patient.
