摘要： 流式细胞术和银染核仁组成区蛋白(AgNORs)技术定量研究32份皮肤恶性黑素瘤(CMM)组织中肿瘤细胞、21份痣细胞痣(NN)和3份正常人皮肤表皮细胞的胞核DNA含量、细胞增殖特性和AgNDRs数目探讨了它们的相关性.结果表明NN和正常人表皮细胞均为二倍体.29份CMM中肿瘤细胞有4份为二倍体,25份为异倍体.CMM的S期细胞百分率(SPF)和增殖指数(PI)显著高于NN的SPF和PI(P<0.01),二倍体CMM的SPF和PI也明显高于NN(P<0.05).提示在黑素细胞肿瘤中,异倍休为CMM的特征.本实验发现CMM的SPF与AgNOR,及PI与AgNORs呈显著正相关.提示AgNORs和SPP反映细胞增殖特性,可作为鉴别肿瘤良恶性,推测恶性度和预后的辅助定量指你.

Abstract: DNA content,cellular proliferative featares and silver staining nucleolar organizer rcgian(AgNORs) counts in 32 patients with eutaneous malignant melanoma(CMM),21 patients with nevus cell news(NN) and 3 normal controls were quantitatively studied by FCM and AgNORs technique and the correlation between them were examined.The results showed that all normal shin and NN were diploid of 29 CMM,4 were diploid,25 were aneuploid.S-phase fraction(SPE) and proliferative index(PI) were significantly higher in CMM than those in NN(P
