石蓝草煎剂治疗急性皮炎及湿疹的临床和实验研究

摘要： 中药复方制剂石蓝草煎剂临床治疗急性皮炎、湿疹,经对440例的临床观察,石蓝草煎剂治疗组和对照组对急性皮炎、湿疹的治愈率分别为90.1%和75.5%,总有效率分别为99.4%和95.3%.治疗组平均治愈时间为7.03天,对照组为12.59天,前者比后者缩短43.90%治疗组治愈率、总有效率、平均治愈时间均明显优于对照组,均有极显著性差异.治疗过程中未发现毒副作用.药理药效学动物实验结果证实:石蓝草煎剂有显著的抗超敏、抗炎症作用,作用强度与消炎痛、强的松相似.急性毒理试验证实石蓝草煎剂毒性小、安全性好.临床与实验研究结果证实:石蓝草煎剂是一种安全、速效、高效的纯中药制剂.

Abstract: This paper reports the therapeutic effect of the Chinese medicine Gypsum Fibrosum Radix Iaatidis-Gentiana Scabra Bge Mixtura(GIGM).440 patients with acute dermatitis and acute eczema had been treated.The cure rate of the GIGM treated group was 90.1%,and the control group 75.5%.The total effective rates of 2 groups were 99.4% and 95.3% respectively.The average time for curing was 7.03 days and 12.54 days respectively for the treated group and control group,the former was 43.9% shorter than the later.The cured rate,total effective rake,average time for curing of the GIGM group is superior to the control group(P<0.001).No side effect was seen.Pharmacological experiment in animals showed that the GIGM can significantly inhibit hypersensitivity effect,has anti-inflamma tory action,and low taxicity.It is concluded that the GIGM is a safe,and efFective traditional Chinese medicine with rapid therapeutic activity.
