几种皮肤病中角朊细胞表达Leu-7和Leu-11b抗原的研究

摘要： 用ABC技术,观察到鳞状细胞癌、基底细胞癌、脂滋性角化症、色素性荨麻疹、痣细胞痣、扁平苔鲜、寻常型银屑病和类银屑病病损表皮处的角朊细胞可明显表达Leu-7和Leu-llb抗原.我们推测病损处角朊细胞可能具有MHC非限制性细胞毒作用.

Abstract: Employing an avidin-biotin complex immunoperoxidase techrxique,we observed an obvious expression of Leu-7 and Leu-11b anti gens on the keratinocytes of upper epidermis in lesions of squamoug cell carcinoma,basal cell carcinoma,sebarrheic keratosis,urticaria pigmentosa,nevus pigmentasus,lichen planar,psoriasis wlgaris and parapsoriasis.It could be assumed that the keratinoeytes in lesions of some dermatoses might possess the function of non-MHC-restricted cytotoxccfty.
