1,25(OH)2维生素D3对小鼠郎格罕细胞和接触变态反应的影响

Effect of 1,25(OH)2 Vitamin D3 on Langerhans Cells and Contact Hypersensitivity in Mice

摘要: 研究了不同浓度的1,25(OH)2维生素D3(VD3.外涂对小鼠表皮郞格罕细胞(LC)的影响及对接触变态反应(CHS)的局部和系统抑制作用.结果表明随着1,25(OH)2VD3浓度的增加.LC树枝状突减少.呈现卵圆或圆形细胞并且细胞数量下降.局部使用抬疗剂量的1,25(OH)2VD3能直接抑制小鼠的CHS.并且.接受此种处理的小鼠脾细胞后.受体小鼠的CHS亦同样被抑创.这提示与诱导体内抑制性淋巴细胞的作用有关.文中还探讨了1,25 (OH)2VD3治疗银屑病的机理并初步提出可能与LC的变化具有某种联系.

Abstract: The effects of various concentratins of 1,25(OH)2 vitamin D3 on Langerhans cells (LC9) and contact hypersensitivity (CHS) in mice were stydied.Our results showed that the dendrites of LC decreased in number,the cells becarne oval or round and the number of cells siginficantly reduced with increasing concentration of this active vitamin D3.When a therapeutie dose of 1,25(OH)2 vitamin D3 was applide,CHS was significantly suppressed.The hypersensitivity reaction to DNFB was also significantly irzhil3ited in the syngeneic recipients that had been recxived spleen cells from mice treated with 1,25(OH)2/sub> vitamin D3 (P<0.05).This indicates that the suppressor lymphocytes were induced.We also discussed the therapeutic mechanism of 1,25 (0H)2 vitamin D3 on psoriasis and suggested that there tray be a linkage between the changes in LC,and the effectiveness of 1,25(OH)2 vitamin D3 in the treatment of psorasts.
