异位性皮炎等皮损内郎格罕细胞携带IgE分子的研究

Study of IgE-bearing Langerhans cells in lesions of atopic dermatitis and other dermatoses

摘要： 用ABC免疫过氛化醉技术和免疫荧光双标记技术,在异位性皮炎(AD)等皮肤冰冻切片上观察郎格罕细胞(LC)的分布及IgE+/OKT6+LC的存在,同时应用ELISA法侧定了部分患者血清IgE水平.结果表明:不仅在血清IgE水平增高的AD和皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤(CTCL)皮损内见到IgE+/OKT6+LC的存在,在血清IgE水平不高的湿疹、变应性接触性皮炎(ACD)等非AD皮损内也见到IgE+/OKT6+LC的存在.我们认为IgE+LC的存在并非对AD特异的.

Abstract: Employing ABC immunoperoxidase and double immunofluorescence technique, we observed the distribution of Langerhans cells (LCs) and the presence of IgE+/OKT6+LCs in the lesional cryosettions of atopic dermatitis (AD) and other dersnatases. We also tested the serum IgE levels on some of those patients using ELISA method. The results showed that: The presence of IgE+/OKT6+LCs was not only found in the lesions of AD and cutaneous T cell lymphoma with elevated semen IgE levels, but also found in the lesions of eczema, alergic contact dermatitis and other non-AD Cermtoses with normal serum IgE levels. The presence of IgE-LCs was not specific for AD.
