摘要： 扫描电镜观察系统性硬皮病(PSS)患者的红细胞形态,11例PSS患者的红细胞大小不均,并出现口形、崝形等变形红细胞,检出率为1.68±0.45%/(n=11),正常人为0.33±0.12%(n=13)两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.02)结合临床情况分析变形红细胞的出现与雷诺现象的轻重程度有关.

Abstract: morphology of red blood cells of patients with progressive systemic sclerosis was oiaserved with scanning electron microscope. Varying sized RBC and deformed RBC, such as mouth shaped and crest shaped RBC, were seen in 11 cases, the detection rate being 1.68±0.45%, significantly higher than that of control group 0.33±0.12% (n=13) (P<0.02). The morphologica! changes were found to have no correlation with the severity of the disease, hardness of the skin, involvement of the internal organs and the abnormal values of laboratory examinations, but with the severity of Ravnaud's phenomenon.
