斑点免疫结合试验快速检测解脲支原体

Rapid and simple detection of ureaplasma urealyticum by Dot-immunobinding assay

摘要: 介绍一种快速检测解眯支原体的斑点免疫结合试验(DIBA).此法可检出103~4CCU/ml的解脲支原体标本,和其它7种支原体无交叉反应.用DIBA和培养法同时对500例临床标本进行解脉支原体枪测.给果显示,DIBA的敏感性为93,7%,特异性为99.3,阳性预测值(阳性率19%的情况下计算)为96.7%,阴性预测值为98.4%,两种方法的一致率为98.2%培养法检查解皿丈原体需7~9天,而DIBA法只需3~4小时,和培养法相比,DIBA具有实用、简便、快速的优点.

Abstract: A simple and rapid method of detection of ureapiasma urealyticum (UU) by Dat-immunobinding assay (DIBA) is described. It detected 103-4 ccu/ml of organisms. No cross-reaction appeared with the other 7 speties of mycoplasmas studied. Five hundred clinical specimens fmm gynecological patients wera tested for the presence of UU by the DIBA and culture method. The overall sensitivity of the DIBA was 93.7% with a specificity of 99.3%. Using chi-square method, P value <0.001. It indicated that the above two methods had a good agreement. The time requfired for detecting UU by culture was 7~9 days, whereas, the DIBA only 3~4h. For deteclion of UU, the DIBA is useful, easy and rapid as compared with the culture method.
