摘要： 我们在国内首次报告了用较为简易的营养分型方法对淋球菌菌株进行分型试验.该方法具有原料易得、配制方便的特点.对南京地区72株淋球菌初步分型结果,发现Proto及Pro-菌占优势(59.7%和33.3%),为以后的进一步研究打下了基础.

Abstract: We report a simplified auxotyping medium for typing of Neisseria gonorrhoeae. The preliminary results of investigation of 72 gonococcal strains isolated from Nanjing region showed that Proto and pro constituted the majority, accounting for 59.7% and 33.3%, Tespectively, of all strains in the rejion. The findings will form the basis for further study.
