人角朊细胞血小板活化因子的生物合成

摘要: 用原代培养角朊细胞,经钙离子载体A23187刺激,能合成和释放一种使阿斯匹林处理洗涤兔血小板发生聚巢的物质,经4种方法证明为血小板活化因子(PAF).A23187刺激角朊细胞PAF的生成具有时间和剂量依赖关系.外源性乙既辅醉A、花生四烯酸能增加PAF的生成.本文证明了正常人皮肤角朊细胞能合成和释放PAF.

Abstract: The synthesis and release of PAF by keratinocytes from normal human skin was investigated in vitro.When keratinotytes in suspension (1×108 cells) were stimulated with 2M Ca++ ionophore A23187,they synthesized a material that aggregated aspirin-treated washed rabbit platelet and way identified as PAF by four methods.
