48种中药对痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑菌作用

摘要： 48种中药的抑菌试验显示痤疮丙酸杆菌对丹参、连翘、虎杖、黄柏、山豆根、大黄、黄连和茵陈高度敏感.对黄苏、龙胆草、大青叶,双花、地榆、百部、秦皮、川椒,当归、川芎、重楼和地丁中度敏感.60种具抑菌作用的中药中,19种有清热作用,3种具活血作用,与中医对痤疮的治则清热活血颇为吻合.选用对痤疮丙酸杆菌具抑制作用的中药组成方剂,可能提高对痤疮的临床疗效.

Abstract: In vitro studies on antibacterial activity of 48 traditional Chinese drugs showed that the tested strains of Propionibacterium acne were highly sensitive to radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,fructus Forsythiae,rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidate cortex Phellodendri,radix Sophorae Subprostratae,radix et rhizoma Rhei,rhizoma Coptides and herba.
