正常成人皮脂成分含量的测定

摘要： 采用海绵收集、有机溶荆提取和薄层层析分析法对36名年龄在19~65岁的健康人皮脂做定量测定和分析.实验结果表明,我国正常成人的皮脂组成为:胆固醉3.8%,胆固醇醉11.3%,蜡酯26.5%,鲨烯37.8%,总甘油醋类18.7%.与西方人皮脂组成相比较,总甘油酣类百分含量明显较低.鲨烯含量明显较高.本文就东西方人皮脂百分组成不同的原因进行了讨论.

Abstract: The compositions of sebum of 36 healthy adults aged form 19-65 were quantitatively measured. The sebum was collected with sponges, and extracted in organic solvent and detected by thin layerchromatography and thin Payer photodensitometer.
