横纹肌肉瘤

Rhabdomyosarcoma:report of 1 case with histopathologic immunohistochemical and electron microscopic observation

摘要： 报告一例7岁男童,下颌部肿物2年.第一次病理活检会诊,专家们提出恶性血管内皮细胞瘤、恶性血管外被细胞瘤、组织细胞性恶性肿病、黑素瘤4种不同诊断经网状纤维染色、Masson-Fontana染色.磷钨酸苏木素染色,以及抗血管内皮细抱单抗、抗榕菌酶单抗,抗S100单抗、抗Desmin单抗、抗肌球蛋白单抗染色,还有电镜观察,综合所得结果.最后确诊为横纹肌肉瘤.并对其临床、病理及洽疗进行了讨论.

Abstract: A 7-year old boy with a tumor on his chin for 2 years is reported. The specimen, of hip first biopsy was diagnosed as malignant angioendothelioma, hemangiopericytoma, malignant tumor of histiocyte and melanoma by different pathologists' Using reticular fiber stain Marion-Fontana stain, Phospho-tungstenic and hemataxylin stain and immunohistochomical stain by monoclonal antibodies of anti-vascular endothlial cell,anti-desmin,anti-myoglobin,as well as electron microscopy,summing up all the result, the diagnosis of rhabdomyosarcorma was confirmed.The clinical,pathological and treatment of rhabdomyosarcoma was discussed.
