摘要： 观察了蒽林对体外培养人表皮角朊细胞生长的作用.蒽林(10μg/ml)作用16分钟、1小时及24小时,对表皮细胞DNA复制的抑制作用分别为43%、61%、及92%;对表皮细胞分裂活性的抑制作用分别为68%,84%及99%.本实验为蒽林短程疗法治疗银屑病提供了实验室依据,并讨论了蒽林抑制表皮细胞生长的机制.

Abstract: The eaTect of anthralin on the growth of epidermal keratinacytes in culture was studied. cultured epidermal cells were treated by antlualin at the concentration of 10μg/ml for 15 minutes, 1 hour and 24 hours, the inhibitory effect on DNA replication of epidermal cells were 43%, 61% and 92% repectively the inhibition on mitotic activity of epidermal cells were 68%s 84% arid 91% respectively. It is an experiment to prove that minute-therapy with anthralin for psoriasis is reasonable. The mecktauism of the inhibition of the growth of epidermal cells by antltxalin was discussed.
