Immunoregulatory of effects of monomer T4 from tripterygium Wilfordii Hook Ⅱ. The effect of T4 on NK activity of mouse splenocytes

摘要: 本文从反映NK细胞活性效应的内在因素着手,以细胞毒动力学及单细胞法观察T4单体影响NK细胞的最大杀伤速率(Vmax),参加杀伤反应的效应细胞频率(%E)以及效靶细胞间亲和性的改变.结果表明:小剂量T4增大Vmax及%E,并使每个效应细胞的杀伤能力(k2)增强,较大剂量T4抑制Vmax,%E及k2.体外单细胞法证实:0.01μg/mlT4增加效靶细胞间的结合及杀伤,而1,0μg/mlT4并不明显影响效应细饱对靶细胞的结合,但使杀防频率降低显著.

Abstract: From the view of intrinsic mechanism of NK cytotoxicity, the kinetic model of cytotoxic reaction and tlse singly cell assay were used to observc and analyze the effecting link of T4 on NK activity. The results showed that the dosage enhancing NK activity could increase the frequency(%E) of killer cell in the splenocyte population, axed the rate constant of lysis(K2) so that the maximum (Vmax) of NK cell was raised.
