银屑病患者IL-2产生能力及NK活性观察

摘要： 本文报告57例进行期寻常型银屑病患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)白细胞介素2(IL-2)产生能力及自然杀伤细胞(NK)活性.结果表明患者PBMC产生IL-2的能力及NK活性均明显低于正常人;病人血清对正常人和病人PBMC产生IL-2的能力均有明显抑制作用,患者外周血淋巴细胞(PBLC)产生TL-2功能降低,而巨噬细胞(Mφ)功能无明显异常INK活性与皮疹范围大小有关,IL-2和NK活性与患者病程长短无关.作者认为IL-2和NK活性降低可能与银屑病的发病机理有关,值得进一步研究.

Abstract: The IL-2 level and NK activity of PBMC from 57 parierris wixh psoriasis vulgaris decreased significantly as compared to 30 normal controls (P<0.01), and the sera from the patients had an inhibitory effect on IL-2 production of PBMC from Goth the patients and normal controls in vitro (P<0.05).
