化学发光法检测92例皮肤病患者周围血多形核白细胞的吞噬功能

摘要： 本文以鲁米诺依赖化学发光法检测了92例各类皮肤病患者周围血多形核白细胞(PMN)的吞噬功能,包括:(1)皮肤及深部真菌病43例;(2)银屑病41例,(3)其它皮肤病如淋巴瘤、湿疹等8例,(4)健康对照24例.结果除部份银屑病外,PMN的化学发光反应峰值、总积分值均增加,有统计学意义.文中对此结果的意义及与疾病的关系作了简要的讨论.

Abstract: The luminol-dependent chemiluminescence (CL) of whale blood cells technique was used for the determination of phagocytie function of PMN in 92 cases of following skin diseases:(1)Dermatomycoses infections and deep mycoses: 43 cases; (2) psoriasis:41 cases;(3) other skin diseases including lymphoma and eczema etc.:8 cases:(4)normal control:24 cases.The result showed that tha peak value of CL and CL in 60 minutes increased in most patiems except 14 patients with psoriasis.The authors discussed the significance of the findings with the pathogenesis of these diseases.
