摘要: 本文用45只豚鼠进行了原发刺激性接触性皮炎(PICD)和过敏性接触性皮炎(ACD)相互影响的实验研究,发现患有ACD的豚鼠对重铬酸钾刺激的敏感性升高,表现为皮肤刺激阀降低,反应强度增加.患有PICD的豚鼠在发生ACD时所需要的最小激发浓度和减少.从而使机体接触更少量致敏物便可引起ACD.

Abstract: Forty-five guinea pigs were used to investigate the mutual iufluence between primary irritant contact dermatitis (PICD) and allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) during their development.The result showed that guinea pigs with ACD had an increased response to potassium dichromate,which was characterized by the reduce of irritant threshold and increase of response intensity in skin.Also in the presence of PICD the minimum challenge concentration needed for the appearance of ACD might be reduced.This means that ACD can be caused by lower challenge concentrtion of sensitizer in the presence of PICD.
