皮肤癌冷冻蚀刻的研究

Freeze-etching study of human malignant skin tumours

摘要: 用冷冻蚀刻方法研究基底细胞癌和鳞状细胞癌.前者细胞及核比较规则,核膜孔较少,胞浆内细胞器不丰富,紧密连接显著,而裂隙连接少见,后者则细胞及核形状不规则,核膜孔较多,胞浆内细胞器丰富,细胞间隙扩大,裂隙连接增多.本文结合实验讨论了恶性肿瘤并非均缺乏裂隙连接,在肿瘤不同的型和期也可有差别.裂隙连接的多少似与细胞的活性和代谢活动有关,鳞状细胞癌显示细胞活性增高,代谢活功增强.而基底细胞癌侵袭能力较低,转移很少,可能与胞浆内细胞器不丰富,紧密连接显著有关.

Abstract: A freeze-etching study of basal cell carcinoma (BCC) and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) waa made. There were relatively uniform cells and nuclei, less nuclear pores, less cytoplasmic organelles, prominent tight junctions and rare gap junctions (GJ) in BCC. But there were irregular shapes of cells and nuclei, more nuclear pores, rich cytoplasmic organelles, widened intercellular spaces and increased GJ in SCC. The authors discussed with laboratory studies that malignant tumors did not always lack GJ, they were different, in various types of malignant tumor. More or less GJ seemed to be related to the activity of cells and metabolism. In SCC it was shown there were hyperactivity of cells and increased metabolic activity: In BCC the low invasion and rare metastasis might be related to its prominent tight junctions and less cytoplasmic organelles.
