银屑病患者红细胞内3种抗脂质过氧化物酶的测定

摘要: 本文测定50例银屑病患者红细胞中3种抗过氧化物酶的活性,并与正常对照相比较.结果显示:本病患者红细胞中GSH-PX, SOD以及CAT的含量均比对照组有明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01).而且GSH-PX还随病情的严重程度而随之显著降低.这3种酶对维持机体组织正常代谢及在抗氧化机制中发挥重要拮抗作用,对生物膜有保护作用.因此,今后值得从生物物理范畴内运用量子生物学的方法更深入地对银屑病进行研究.

Abstract: Three peraxydases in the erythrocytes of 50 psoriatics were assayed, and the results of the patients were compared with those of the normal control groups. The values showed that the level of GSH-Px, SOD and CAT were significantly lowered than that of the controls stastistically (P value <0.05 or <0.01). Furthermore the lowering of GSH-Px values paralleled with the severity of the disease. These three enzymes might be responsible for the normal metabolism of the organism and play important antagonist roles in the oxydation, and for the protection of biomembranes. Therefore it is worthy to study psoriasis in field of biophysics with the methods of quantum biology.
