摘要： 本文报告了30例大疱性皮肤病的直接免疫荧光检查结果,提出该检查对大疱病的早期诊断,对疱病发病机理的认识、对某些不明性质疱病如疱疹样天疱疮的分类均是一个有用的手段.本文还就试验中应予注意的事项进行了讨论.

Abstract: This paper presents the DIF results of 30 cases of bullous diseases. The authors point out that the DIF test is a valuable tool for the early dignosis, the clarification of the mechanism of bullous diseases and the classification of some not well characterized lmllous diseases, such as herpetiform pcmphigus. In addition, the paper also discusses some key points to be noted in making the test.
