银屑病患者体内某些生化成份之改变——银屑病患者内环境变化研究

Some biochemical changes in psoriatics

摘要: 本文对257例银屑病患者的血清苯丙氨酸(Ph)酪氨酸(TY),单胺氧化酶(MAO),5-核普酸酶(5-ND),乳酸脱氢酶(LDH),肌酸磷酸激酚(CPK)及全血5-色胺(5-HT),尿液中儿茶酚胺(CA),包括[去甲肾上腺素(NE),肾上腺素(E)].N-乙酰β胺基葡萄糖普酶(NAG)等共10项生化指标进行测定,并与正常健康人值作对照.结果发现除CPK,Ph及E值外均有不同程度的紊乱,该病并非仅为单纯的皮肤改变.

Abstract: In 257 cases of psoriasis, 10 parameters of serum levels of tyrosin; phenylalanine, mono-amine-oxidase, LDI-I, CPK, 5-nucleotidase and serotonin, the values of catacholamine (GA) including: norepinephrine anik epiztephrine, N-acetyl-β-aminoglycosidase in 24 hours urine were determined in this article, and these results were comparaed with those of the normal controls. All these data showed that there existed difFerent degrees of disturbances of the homeostasis in psoriatics except the values of CPK, phenylalanine and epinephrine. So authers suggest that the pathologic courses of psoriasis do not limited in the epidermis and dermis only, but have some changes of the homeostasis.
