摘要： 根据β-肾上腺能阻断理论、异位性皮炎(AD)息者细胞内环磷酸腺普(cANP)可降低.也有学者认为cAMP降低是由于cAMP-磷酸二醋酶活性增高.体液中cAMP水平在一定程度上可反映细胞内cAMP水平.作者测定57例AD患者的血浆cAMP,并根据皮炎轻重和是否伴有呼吸系统Atopy再行分组,分别与正常人比较,均无统计学差异.

Abstract: Either β-adrenergic blockage orincreased activity of cyclic 3', 5' adenosine monophosphate phosph-odiesterase (cAMP-PDE)could theoretically decrease intracellular CAMP of patients with atopic dermatitis (AD).Humoral CAMP levels could refleet intracellular cAMP level in certain degree.Serum cANP of 57 AD patients were measured in the paper.The result showed that serum cAMP levels of AD patients were normal.
