250例DLE的临床表现及检验结果分析

摘要： 报告250例DLE,男80例,女170例.多在中青年发病,但儿童仍占7.4%,除典型盘状红斑外.尚有多种形态的皮损.部分病例虽有系统性损害及血液学、免疫学的异常,但发生率低而程度轻.用口服昆明山海棠片治疗有效率为83多.在比较了本组病例与SLE的异同点之后.讨论了DLE与SLE的关系.

Abstract: Two hundred and fifty cases of DLE are described including 80 males and 170 females. All cases have multiform skin lesions besides the discoid erythematons macules. Although some cases have systemic lesions, immunologic and hematologic abnormalities, the incidence of them is lower and the extent miler. The effective rate of Chinese herb Trigterygium hypoglaucum was 83 per cent in our patients. The relationship between DLE and SLE were discussed.
