银屑病末梢血淋巴细胞及嗜中性白细胞糖原变异的研究

摘要： 本文报告银屑病患者81例,观察末梢血淋巴细胞及嗜中性白细胞糖原含量的变化,并以正常人33名作对照.结果患者末格血淋巴细胞及嗜中性白细胞糖原均有增高(P<0.001).进行期的患者,淋巴细胞在淀粉酶消化前高于退行期,而在消化后无明显差异.但嗜中性白细胞.两者均无差异.初步结果表明,银屑病糖代谢的紊乱,可能涉及更加广泛的范围.

Abstract: This paper reports the result of the observation on the glycogen alteration of lymphocytes and neutrophils of peripheral blood in 81 cases of psoriasis, with 33 normal persons as Control group. The result showed that glycogen content of lymphocytes and neutrophils in patient group was increased (P<0.001).
