摘要： 作者根据现场调查的临床资料分析指出:氯丙嚓职业性皮炎分为光毒性、光变应性和一般的接触过敏性皮炎3大类.作者的动物实验亦证实了氯丙嚓兼有光毒性、光变应性和一般的接触变应性.鉴于氯丙嗓的光敏感性,作者提出操作人员避免强烈的日晒光照是预防氯丙嗓职业性皮炎的重要一环.

Abstract: A clinical and experimental study has been done through 1974-1977 and 1979-1980.The analysis of the clinical data recovered from the investigation done in some plants and in a psychiatric hospital revealed that there are 3 variations in CPZ dermatitis; phototoxic dermatitis,photoallergic dermatitis and contact allergic dermatitis.It is of interest to note that there is one case of CPZ photoallergic contact dermatitis evolved to be a "persistent light reactor".
