摘要： 本文对一例临床上类似鳞癌的无色素性恶性黑素瘤(AMM)的超微结构进行了观察.瘤细胞的大小、形态不规则,群集或分散排列,可分为3种类型,具有不同程度的分化.未见桥粒或张力微丝束,但有些细胞中可见颗粒状或不全型异常黑素体.因此该肿瘤与鳞癌完全不同.作者在讨论中强调了AMM电镜检查的重要性,最后并对其发生机理进行了简单的讨论.

Abstract: In this paper, the ultrastructure of one case of amelanotic malignant melanoma(AMM)was described, which was mimic to squamous cell carcinoma clinically. The tumor cells showed great variation in their size and shape, arranged in groups or discretely. They might be divided into 3 types with different degrees of differentiation. No desmosome or tonofibril bundle was found, but some of them revealed granular or abortive melanosomes, Therefore, the tumor was quite different from squamous cell carcinoma, In discussion, the authors emphasized the importance of the electron microscopy of AMM. Finally its histogenesis was briefly discussed.
