γ-666霜(疥得治)治疗疥疮疗效观察

Observation of the therapeutic effects of γ-666 cream in treating scabies

摘要： γ-666是一种杀螨剂.应用广州第六制药厂生产的1%γ-666霜治疗454例疥疮.患者擦药前先沐浴,后以1%γ-666霜全身外擦.保留24小时.然后洗澡,结果420例痊愈(92.51%),另与连续外用三日之10%硫磺软膏作对照.196例中1.84例痊愈(93.88%),两组疗效无显著差异(P>0.05).另一组30例疥疮用1%γ-666霜治疗,一周后再用药一次,全部治愈.用γ-666皮试、肝功能检验及血、尿常规检查均未见异常.作者认为,γ-666霜治疗疥疮有价值,尤其在目前我国疥疮的防治中值得推荐.

Abstract: Gamma Benzene Hexachloride (γ-666) is acaricide, 454 cases of scabies were treated with 1% γ-666 cream produced by the Guangzhou 6th Pharmaceutical Factory. The cream was applied all over the body surface in a thin film with preliminary bathing. The film was left for 24 hours and the patient then took a bath. 420 cases(92.51%) were cured. 196 cases of scabies were treated with 10% sulphur ointment, The application was repeated in,successive evenings. 184 cases(93.88%)were cured, Comparing 1% γ-666 cream with 10% sulphur ointment, the difference of their effects was not significant. (P>0.05).Another group of 30 cases of scabies were treated with 1% γ-666 cream and a second application was made on the following week. All were cured. Skin test with γ-666 cream showed no irritation to the skin. Liver function test and routine tests of blood and-urine of the patients after treatment showed no abnormalities. The authors suggest that γ-666 cream is a valuable preparation for treating scabies.
