摘要： 患者女，25岁，因全身出现红斑、脓疱伴痒2周，于2020年12月4日就诊。患者于2020年8月在外院确诊为系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lypus erythematosus，SLE），病情活动度评分14分（中度活动期），口服甲泼尼龙24 mg/d、硫酸羟氯喹200 mg/d、来氟米特10 mg/d……
