摘要： 患者男，68岁，因周身反复丘疹、结节伴瘙痒4年就诊。患者4年前无明显诱因开始于躯干、四肢出现丘疹、结节，逐渐增多，伴有剧烈瘙痒，于当地医院就诊，诊断为结节性痒疹，予口服泼尼松每日30 mg治疗后皮损缓解……
