Abstract: This article analyses 110 death cases of SLE in-patients of Hua Shan Hospital siace the year of 1958 to 1980.The mortality rate was 16.2%.The dnration from initial symptoms and signs as well as the dwation from the establishment of,diagaosis to the time of death were calculated.The major clinical symptoms and signs and general laboratory findings of those 110 death cases were presented.The incideace of involvement of heart,kidney,and nervous system was higher and even severer.
