Abstract: The nail-fold nticrocirculation and the correlation with the involcement of internal organs were studied.The conclusions are as Follows:1:Alifioimalities of bail-fold microcirculation were definitely present in the gatients with systemic scleroderma.2.The chaages of nai-fold microcirculation were consistenx-With the severity of visceral involvement in diffuse scleroderma and acrosclerosis.
