Abstract: A chroriiosomal study was made of venous blood from 12 patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Thresults were as follows:1.Significant difference in the configuration of chromosomes was seea between patients with psoriasis and normal subjects(Poisson test P<0.05).2.No changes either in the number or in the banding technique of the chromosomes were observed.
