Abstract: 21 patients with pyodermia and 8 patients with skin tuberculosis were treated with oral R-76-1(isobutyl piperazinpl Fifamycinum SV):The clinical and experimental results showed this drug possesses satisfactory effect in the treatment of recurrent folliculitis,furuncles,chronic pyodermia caused by staphylococcus aureus, lupus vulgaris an tuberculosis verrucosa cubs; No significant toxicity and side-effects were found:It is worthwhile for further study,particularly in pyogenic dermatoses.
