Abstract: Immunological examinations were done in 80 cases of various types of psoriasis. The results were as follows; E-rosette test was lower than tliat of normal individuals; IgG and IgM were increased: IgA and the activity of total, complement had no marked changes; and value of complement C₃ was decreased.Tlie patients were treated with anaerobic corynebacterium vaccine. The total effective rate was up to 85%,but side-effects were rather evident.
