Abstract: In this paper,the experimental studies of rapid identification of candida albicans and examination on clinical specimens with MIFBC were reported,The results of examination in 265 specimens from clinical patients indicated that MIFBC gave 90.7% positive and cultivation 54.7% respectively,while 45.4% positive result coincided with both methods.MIFBC is a specific,sensitive,rapid process and easy to handle.F urthermore,the viable candida albicans can be recovered by fishing IFBC and making culture for further.study.Therefore,it could be adopted conveniently in ordinary laboratories.
