Abstract: The authors used ANAE(Acid-α-Naphthyl Acetate Esterase)staining in the study of T-cell in peripherial blood of 247 patients.These patients included 97 psoriasis,37 eczema,67 urticaria, 10 alopecia,8 pustulosis palmaris et plantaris, 8 verruca vulgaris, 11 connective tissue disease and 9 cutaneous malignant tumor.
