A Clinical Analysis in Effectivertess on 357 Cases of Dermatomycoses Treated with Domestic Econazole

Abstract: 357 cases of dermatomycoses were treated with 1% Econazole cream.323 cases(90.6%).were cured.Recurrences took place in 27 out of the 323 cured patients(8.4%).I,n such cases,good results were obtained when treated again with 1% Econazole cream.The side effects manifested as erythema,pruritus,vesicle; erosion and scaling were found in 9%.In a doubleblind study comparing 1% Econazole cream with 1% clotrimazole cream,there was-no significant difference(p>0.05).In skin test,such as photo-allergy test,no positive reaction had been seen.
