Abstract:

The authors have examined the presence and distribution of factor Ⅷ relatedantigen(FⅧRAg),fibronectin (FN),type Ⅳ colagen,HLA-DR and CMV antigens in the lesions of Kaposi's sarcoma by immuneele ctron microscopic method. The resalts showed that FⅧRAg、FN and type Ⅳcolagen were observed in the lesions of Kaposi's sarcoma. In two tumorcels, the FⅧRAg was frequently found in light cells showing cytologic characteristic of endothelial cells but not in the dark cells, probably of pericytic origin.
