Abstract: Eighty one cases of facial contact derm atitis with no clear history of contact with alergens,in cluding 45 seasonal and 36 nonseasonal cases were studied.17 healthy volunteers and 168 patients with cosmetic dermatit is were chosen as two control groups.The results were as folows:(1)The positive rates of European Standard Alergen Series Patch Test were much higher in seasonal and nonseasonal groups than in healthy group.(2)The positive rate to mite in facial derm atitis groups was much higher than that in healthy group.
